Below are the self pay rates for Better Life Partners’ services. These rates are effective as of April 1st, 2022.

NOTICE TO MEMBERS:

This practice serves all Members regardless of ability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and income. For more information, please speak with a member of our support staff.

No one will be denied services due to inability to pay and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
