Nicole has spent more than 20 years helping mission-driven organizations grow with purpose. Prior to joining Better Life Partners she spent 15 years in workers’ compensation with a focus on Medicare Secondary Payer compliance and patient advocacy.

In that time she spent a decade at Ametros as part of the founding leadership team, serving as CFO as the company scaled rapidly and ultimately achieved a successful acquisition by Webster Bank in 2024. That work gave her a deep appreciation for how strong financial strategies can support both organizational growth and meaningful impact. Today as the CFO of Better Life Partners, she brings that same experience and commitment to building financial foundations that allow her team to focus on what matters most: delivering excellent care and improving patient outcomes.

Outside the office, Nicole is a proud mom of two teenagers. She can be found searching for her rogue ball on the golf course, cheering her son on at the lacrosse field, or enjoying watching her daughter’s orchestra performances.
