Better Life Partners is now part of the Groups Recover Together care network. You’ll keep the same care you know and the treatment you trust, with access to a larger network of care and more support around it. Over the next few weeks, your care team will walk you through a few simple next steps.

What stays the same

Your group meets on the same day and at the same time. You keep working with care team members you know, and there’s no gap in your medication.

Your next steps

  1. Talk it through with your care team. Your counselor will go over what’s ahead in group meetings, and you can ask questions anytime.
  2. Watch for your app invite, then sign your consent forms. The invite is coming soon, so keep an eye on your texts. The app isn’t ready to download yet, but you’ll get a text inviting you to download it before your first group in the Groups care network, with what you need to log in. That text will come from a new number, (866) 619-0127, so save it in your phone. Once you’re logged in, you’ll sign your consent forms right in the app, and your care team can help. The app is also where you’ll join group with one tap, send in your monthly drug screening photo and short health surveys, and track your plan and progress. No smartphone? Your care team will help you sign your forms and set up another way to join. Link: app tutorial
  3. Keep coming to group. Your Better Life Partners groups continue as usual until your first group in the Groups care network. At your last provider group with Better Life Partners, you’ll get a prescription to last until your first provider group in the Groups care network, so there’s no gap in your medication. It’s also a good time to get the app set up and finish your forms with your care team’s help.
  4. A refreshed care plan. A Care Plan is the same thing as a Treatment Plan. Your team will work with you to update your Care Plan with your most up-to-date goals.

How we’ll stay in touch

As part of your next steps, Groups will start reaching out to you about your care. For a while, you may hear from both Better Life Partners and Groups. Over time, more of your reminders and updates will come from Groups. If you have questions about how we reach you, call Central at (866) 679-0831.

Your Recovery Support Coordinator is your first call

As part of your care team, we’ll introduce you to  your own Recovery Support Coordinator (RSC), one person who knows you. You’ll get their contact information when you get set up. Until we finish the setup process, keep calling Central as usual. After that, call your RSC directly with questions about rescheduling, prescriptions, resource or pharmacy needs. When your care team isn’t available, our 24/7 support line is there as a backup at 888-858-1723.

What you gain in the Groups care network

The Groups app, a 24/7 support line, a financial support team to help with insurance, a direct line to your specific care team for more informed support, a Member Advisory Board where member voices shape care, and help with job opportunities, transportation, health insurance options, and local community services.
