What this means for you

Current members

You’ll continue to work with your same care team and group. We’ll give advance notice of any future changes.

Referring providers

You can continue referring members as usual, by calling (866) 679-0831 or by making an off-hours referral online.

FAQ

Will my care team change?

No. You will continue to work with your counselor, provider and regular group meeting. 

Will my insurance still work?

Yes. We still accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most insurance.
