Self Pay Rates
Effective January 1, 2025
Better Life Partners has revised their self-pay rates effective 01/01/2025 for all members who are uninsured or wish to receive care through Better Life Partners without billing their insurance company. Below rates are based on current programs available through in all states we are currently operating. This document is for informational use only and if a member or member advocate/guardian has any questions around rates or would like to apply to our sliding fee scale program our Member Registration Department is available to assist. **The monthly rate is a flat rate regardless of the number of visits member has within the month

| Substance Use Disorder program (Opioid/Alcohol use Disorder) | Weekly group counseling sessions, 1 provider Medication Assisted Treatment visit | $50 per month member is enrolled within the program |
| Opioid/Alcohol use Disorder+ Mental Health | Weekly group counseling sessions, 1 provider Medication Assisted Treatment visit, additional care coordination provided by BLP team, Mental Health visit with Medical Provider/NP | $75 per month member is enrolled with one substance use disorder program and mental health program |
| Opioid/Alcohol use Disorder+ Mental Health+ Responsive Care | Weekly group counseling sessions, 1 provider Medication Assisted Treatment visit, additional care coordination provided by BLP team, Mental Health visit with Medical Provider/NP and virtual or in person responsive care visit for non-related substance abuse care or mental health care | $100 per month member is seen for all services listed |
| Mental Health program | Mental health provider visits for members not enrolled in a substance use disorder program with BLP | $25 per month member is seen |
| Responsive Care | Any other medical/primary care service provided through virtual/ in-person responsive care program | $25 per month member is seen |
