Spread the support

Refer a friend to Better Life Partners

Nearly 1 in 3 of our members started treatment with us after a recommendation from a friend or family member. If Better Life Partners has helped you, sharing that care can make a real difference for someone else. Referring a friend is simply about letting them know support exists, when they’re ready.

Frequently asked questions

What do I say when I refer someone?

You can use one of our template messages in the links above, or just send the link with a few words of your own. Something as simple as “I thought of you” or “this helped someone I trust” is enough. The most important thing is that they hear it from you.

Do I need to know if they're ready for treatment before I refer them?
Not at all. Some people may not be ready just yet, and that’s okay. Sharing the link doesn’t commit them to anything. They can explore at their own pace, privately, and reach out to us only when it feels right for them. Sometimes it helps just to know that another support option exists.
Can I refer more than one person?

Absolutely! If you know more than one person who might benefit, please share the link as many times as you’d like. There’s no limit! The more people who know support is available, the better.

What if they're not in my state?

Better Life Partners currently serves members in Maine and New Hampshire. If your friend lives in our services area, we’d encourage them to reach out!

Will you let me know whether they signed up?

No. Due to privacy laws like HIPAA, we can’t update you on whether someone clicked your link or signed up for treatment. Their journey is private, and so is yours.

Will you share any of my treatment information or experiences with the person I am referring?

No. Due to privacy laws like HIPAA, we can’t share any of your treatment information with the person you are referring. Your treatment journey is private and protected as are the treatment journeys of the people you refer to us.

What happens after I share the link above?

That’s it! You’ve done your part. Your friend can explore the site privately, and if they decide to reach out, our care team will take it from there.

How soon will someone reach out to them if they sign up?

Our care team typically follows up within one business day to answer questions and help them get started.

What if they click the link but don't sign up right away?

That’s completely fine by us! They can come back whenever they’re ready. The link doesn’t expire.

Can they come back to the link later?

Yes, the link works anytime. There’s no deadline or pressure.
